Real-Time PCR assay

The Genvinset® HLA Celiac assay is a Real-Time PCR assay for detection of celiac disease-associated HLA DQB1 02, DQB1 03:02 & DQA1 05 alleles using rt-PCR platforms. This assay features fast results in only 90 minutes, with clear and easy interpretation and results. This assay requires no electrophoresis.

Celiac disease, is an autoimmune disorder affecting primarily the small intestine that occurs in people who are genetically predisposed. Classic symptoms include gastrointestinal problems such as chronic diarrhoea, abdominal distention, malabsorption, loss of appetite, and among children failure to grow normally.

This assay is available in 48 tests sizes.
